Returns and Refunds

HOW TO RETURN?

Items can be returned within 28 days of the receipt for a full refund. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Please return all items in their original packing to the following address: Kopsht Ltd, Lok’n’store Self storage, Optima Park, Thames road, Crayford, Kent DA1 4QX

    The refund will be applied to your credit card or same method of payment (if applicable).

    FURNITURE RETURNS

    You can arrange a return yourself and cover the shipping charges for returning your items. Or we can collect the item from you for £45*. If you wish to exchange for another item we will charge £25* for re-delivery and collection.

    *Different charges apply to collections from Devon, Cornwall, Isle of Wight and Wales. Please contact us for a delivery price quote.

    ACCESSORIES RETURNS 

    Please inform us about the return by sending an email to support@kopsht.co.uk and quoting your order number as well as the reason for your return. Please post the items to the shipping address below. 

    HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

    We encourage customers to unpack and inspect the items carefully upon receipt of the order before signing for the delivery. Any damages discovered later will be treated as wear and tear/accidental damage - meaning it won’t be eligible for a refund*.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within agreed amount of days.

    *Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    CAN I EXCHANGE?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the items, please send us an email at support@kopsht.co.uk and post your items to: Kopsht Ltd, Lok’n’store Self storage, Optima Park, Thames road, Crayford, Kent DA1 4QX.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
